Many of our commercial clients respect our honest approach to all types of works from maintenance of Industrial Parks and grounds, carrying out dilapidation works on behalf of vacated tenants and refurbishment of units to insurance work due to fire, flood etc, together with new build projects.

PROJECT 1 : Cosmetics company showroom

Working in conjunction with an interior design company the existing showroom was stripped out and completely refurbished including the removal of all ceiling joists and increasing the height of the ceiling.

Also included within the project was the installation of a high specification mechanical and electrical fit out.  These works were completed within a very short time span and the finished project handed back to the client on deadline, with the minimum of disruption.
